We're looking for a detail-oriented VA to own the client onboarding process at Lead Growth Consulting, a fast-growing Facebook advertising agency.

This is a pay-per-client role, where you will be paid €50 for each client you onboard. For the right person this becomes a full-time role with increased pay after 2 months.

What you'll be doing:

Sending contracts and welcome emails to new clients

Setting up clients Facebook ad accounts and partnering to our agency account

Setting up GoHighLevel subaccounts

Organising client Google Drive folders

Conducting onboarding calls via Zoom

What we're looking for:

Fluent English, written and spoken

Fast and reliable internet connection (non-negotiable)

Experience with Facebook Business Manager, GoHighLevel, Google Drive and Zoom

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Professional and confident on video calls

Compensation: €50 per client onboarded, reviewed and increased after 2 months
